Sunyata is operated by EasyTech Games North America LLC, registered at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. These Terms govern your use of Sunyata. You must be at least eighteen and able to enter this agreement.
The service
You write a question. Sunyata forms a hexagram, shows traditional source text, relates it to the question, and returns the decision to you. The output is reflective text, not a prediction or professional advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-consequence action.
Accounts, uses, and refusal
Use accurate account information and keep access secure. A completed sitting spends one available use. Sunyata may refuse requests involving illegal conduct, harm, abuse, exploitation, evasion, or material it cannot safely process. A policy refusal spends no use but starts a fifteen-minute pause.
Paid plans
Current and planned prices are shown on the pricing page. When paid plans open, subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. Cancellation and refund conditions are on the refund page. Paid service is unavailable in Japan, Mexico, and Thailand; checkout must be refused when location, residence, billing, or transaction information indicates one of those countries.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, automate, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, impersonate, or interfere with the service, and do not use it to violate law or another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
Availability and liability
The service may change, pause, or fail. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law does not permit that limit.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Mandatory rights available where you live are not excluded.
